Sylvie Vidaillac, MBA, M.A, CHRP is acknowledged and appreciated for her high degree of professionalism and her
pragmatism as she provides effective and efficient services.
Since 2001, Ms. Sylvie Vidaillac has been a consultant and coach in various industries in private and public organizations.
Fostering a long term relationship, she has helped many executives enhancing their leadership skills.
She has conceived change management strategies, elaborated leaders development plans, implemented
problem-resolution approaches and developed and facilitated numerous training workshops for executives, managers and
front line employees.
She is involved at the University level, being Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, Executive
trainer at University of Quebec, school of Engineering, and former lecturer at HEC, Business school, University of Montreal.
Previously, and for more than 10 years, she actively contributed to the expansion and development of a high tech
company in Europe and North America, working closely with multinational companies. She participated in start up and
partnerships and implemented various project, working at many levels and in various areas of management. She gained
experience and knowledge in strategy, operations, finance and Human resources management, ending this journey as
Administration manager for France and Canada offices.
Ms. Sylvie Vidaillac has an MBA degree (HEC Montreal) as well as a Master's in Psychology (Toulouse II, France). She is a
Certified Human Resources Professional since 2003, member of BC Human Resources Management Association.
